Our services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such company or organization to these terms and conditions.
Services
We provide graphic design services for sleep consultants, including but not limited to logos, websites, marketing materials, and social media templates. Our services are provided on a project basis and may include a set number of revisions based on the package purchased.
Intellectual Property
All designs and materials created by us are the property of Sleep Consultant Design until payment is made in full. Once payment is received, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final design(s) created for you. We reserve the right to use any designs created by us for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media accounts, and portfolio.
Payment and Refunds:
Payment is required in full before we begin any project. We accept payment via Stripe. We do not offer refunds for our services once work has begun. In the event that we are unable to complete a project for any reason, we will issue a refund for any payments made in advance.
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of your business and will maintain confidentiality with all information provided to us. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without your written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Sheridan County.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes.
