What if I'm not tech-savvy?

That’s precisely why I work with Canva, to make it easy for you. All the technical aspects have been taken care of, and you can follow along without any difficulty to personalize your own logo!

What is Canva and what's the cost?

Canva is an incredible online design tool that was made for those who don’t have an extensive design experience but still want beautiful content. Canva offers a FREE version and a paid version (pro-plan @ $12.99 per month). But I don’t want you to have any more costs than necessary, so all of the designs use fonts, pictures and elements that are available on the free-plan!

What if I realise I just can't do this?

You have the ability to do this! I’ve witnessed many women discover their inner confidence and step out of their comfort zones, and you can too. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the contents of this offer, please don’t hesitate to contact me, and I will do everything in my power to ensure your satisfaction.

What is the refund policy?

As this is a digital product with instant access to templates, I cannot offer refunds once you have access to the content. Please note that this is a DIY template and does not include any content.

It’s better to give it a steady 70% for a whole year than go all out at 200% for just one month..

TIP 1
I know many of you are offering free support in Facebook groups. How about providing value and then guiding them (in public or in the DMs) to your freebie for more insights?

Sounds SOOO obvious, doesn’t it?
And yet, I rarely see Sleep Consultants doing this.

TIP 2
Partner with parenting bloggers, offer them exclusive access to your lead magnet, which they can share with their audience, leading to increased interest and traffic to your lead magnet.

TIP 3
Host a webinar and next to promoting your high ticket offer sleep services, mention your lead magnet as a comprehensive resource (great for parents who need a little more convincing that you ARE the right choice).

TIP 4
Get on a podcast and instead of the usual website link, share your expertise, discuss the challenges and then mention your freebie as a valuable tool to address these challenges. Make sure the URL to your freebie is easy to pronounce and remember by the audience.

TIP 5
Link the freebie in your email signature

Wait.. what? If I can send them an email, that means I already have their email address, right?

Correct…

But… it’s not just about having an email address, it’s about understanding where they are in the journey - so you can speak to their exact pain points.

They might have signed up for your toddler sleep guide 4 weeks ago, but never reached out for your services.

And then they see the link to your ‘When to move your toddler from a crib to a bed’ and they opt-in again, but now enter an email sequence that gives them value on this specific part of their sleep journey and that might be THE trigger to reach out for more support.

Let me show you how to get unlimited access to millions of high-quality royalty-free stock images, that you can use wherever you want....

1. Open your Canva account
2. Click on 'apps' in the navigation menu on the left side
3. Type in ‘Pexels’
4. Scroll through millions of high-quality royalty free stock images

And if that’s not enough, if you type in 'Pixabay' you have millions more... ;-)

Canva has soooo many little hacks to enhance the look (and the first impression) of your sleep plan or ebook with only a couple of clicks....

Did you already try the shadow effect? This is a very useful effect and can really make your images pop out of the background...

1. open your Canva account
2. select a photo
3. click on ‘edit image’
4. navigate to ‘shadows’ from the Canva edit image panel
5. select ‘see all.
6. click on ‘drop’ to add a drop shadow to your image.
7. You can adjugst the offset, the angle, the transparency , the blur and the colours.
8. If you have Canva pro - you can remove the background, before you add a shadow.

A shadow will give your design just that extra professional look.

And it's very simple right?

The first year as an entrepreneur can be incredibly challenging!! 😬

And there’s only one goal that really matters: being profitable.

Sadly, most sleep consultants don’t spend time thinking about this, even though we spend most of our waking hours doing this thing called work.

We don’t have a plan for our income or for our number.

For whatever reason, it doesn’t feel natural to talk about money.

And.. this is the biggest reason most sleep consultants fail, they don’t make enough money, so they can either not afford to continue operations, or they quit because it’s just not worth the sacrifices they have to make in their personal life.

So let’s talk about your magic number…

Think of it as setting a weight loss goal. You specify how many pounds you want to shed, then adjust your habits accordingly. You change your eating habits, you move more, so that you can reach your goal. And then you use the scale to track if you’re coming any closer.

It’s the same for your business. If you set a number, you know what to work towards.

1. Start by writing down all your monthly personal and business expenses.
2. Multiply this by 12
3. Add a buffer of 20%.

This number will represent the bare minimum needed to sustain your lifestyle and cover unforeseen expenses.

Once you've defined your magic number, you want to create a score board, so you can track your progress in the coming 12 months.
