I’m a serial entrepreneur, digital nomad, full-time traveler, and happily married to my soulmate. I’ve lived and worked in 45+ countries on five continents. Born in the Netherlands, but a true global citizen since 2011.

About Me

When I made the transition from a full-time teacher to becoming a sleep consultant, while still teaching part-time, I knew that I was moving closer to the life I had always desired. And now, as a brand & design expert I help other women become successful Sleep Consultants, enabling them to create a business (and life!) they truly love.

I believe that the most important thing you can do to make an impact in the world is to find out what you’re good at (and what makes you happy!), and do more of that!

I’m currently writing a book about the struggles we all experience in life and how they can push us away from the life of our dreams. In the book I explain how to move from a reported on life towards a created life. A life that makes you feel empowered & truly alive! Because that’s what I aim for!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE having the freedom to make decisions, set my own goals, and make an impact while achieving a work-life balance that suits me. I’ve been living a nomadic life for the past 12 years – following the sun, living from 1 backpack, and not staying anywhere longer than 2 months (might not be your idea of extraordinary.. haha.. but it is mine!). I wake up excited every morning!

Did you know...?

I’ve been born and raised in a Frisian tribe (yes, that stubborn part in the North of the Netherlands that speaks another language besides Dutch), of which I’m very proud.
I am a typical Capricorn; ambitious, disciplined, loyal, sensitive, and quite practical.
I met my husband (from Belgium) in Indonesia on a tiny little island, and we got married in Thailand, and never living anywhere for long.
In addition to being a graphic designer and Sleep Consultant, I also wear many other hats. I'm a teacher-director, a postpartum doula, an executive VA, the COO of Nights & Naps, and I host walking & hiking retreats for women who are childless-not-by-choice.
I donate a percentage of all my earnings to support girls and women empowerment initiatives in Nepal.
