Let me break this down in a simple, 3-step, non-salesy way to market your sleep consulting business.
🔥 #1: Get Clear on Your Message (What Do You Want to Be Known For?)
Before you post anything, you need to know your core message:
Ask yourself:
✅ What problem do I solve? (Example: “Helping exhausted parents get their babies to sleep through the night.”)
✅ What makes my approach different? (Example: “I don’t use sleep training—I focus on attachment-based methods.”)
✅ How do I want my audience to feel? (Example: “Supported, understood, confident.”)
Here’s where people get stuck—they try to talk about everything.
One day they post about toddler sleep, the next day about melatonin supplements, the next about their favorite coffee. It’s all over the place.
💡 Instead, pick 3-4 key topics and stick to them.
👉 Example: If you specialize in newborn sleep, your content should be all about newborn routines, common mistakes, and sleep tips for new moms.
The clearer you are, the easier it is for people to say:
“Oh, I KNOW she’s the expert on [your topic]—I should work with her!”
So.. what are your 3-4 key content themes and commit to posting about them consistently.
🔥 #2: Show Up & Give Value (Without Overthinking It!)
Next, let’s talk about SHOWING UP.
A lot of Sleep Consultants waste time thinking, “What should I post?” when the answer is simple: Just HELP people.
The fastest way to get clients is to solve a small problem for free, so people trust you enough to pay for bigger solutions.
Here’s how you do it:
✅ Post quick wins. (Example: “Struggling with false starts? Try putting baby down 15 minutes earlier.”)
✅ Answer common questions. (Example: “Should I keep feeding my baby at night? Here’s how to tell!”)
✅ Tell client success stories. (Example: “Last week, I helped a mom go from 6 wake-ups a night to 1—here’s how we did it!”)
🚀 And don’t just post—engage.
• Reply to comments.
• DM new followers.
• Be a real human.
People don’t buy from strangers—they buy from people they feel connected to.
Your Action Step: This week, post ONE simple tip and DM 3 people who engage with it. See what happens!”
🔥 #3: Make Offers with Confidence (Without Feeling Salesy)
“This is where most freeze up. They post tips, they engage, but they NEVER explain how to work with them.
And… if you’re not making offers, you’re not running a business.
Selling does not have to feel gross. Here’s how you do it naturally:

(Example: Post a sleep tip.)
2️⃣ Invite them to take the next step.

3️⃣ Make it EASY for them to say yes.
(Example: Have a Calendly link in your bio so they can book a call instantly.)
Your Action Step: Post a tip AND invite people to work with you. Even if it’s just: “If you’re struggling with [problem], I’d love to help. DM me and let’s chat.”
That’s it. Simple. Direct. No weird sales tactics.
